ESurveyors are delighted to announce that fees have been revised for the Homebuyers Surveys and Valuation. Have a look at the Esurveyors website for the fees relating to the price range of property you are buying.

Survey fees have been held and reduced in some price ranges until the new Home Buyer Report is introduced fully to the market after the summer.

Although the RICS has announced the introduction of the new report, we await full testing of the product before ESurveyors uses it. We hope this to be very soon and will use the blog and press releases when this happens.
